ARToverMATTER is a passionate creative studio who partner with purpose-driven organizations and change-makers in making an impact in their communities. We work alongside a diverse group of talented collaborators from all disciplines to bring you innovative digital and print solutions that fit your organization’s needs and budget. Our team of collaborators proudly represents rebels, allies, feminists, immigrants, human-rights and mental-health advocates, climate-change and sustainability champions, members of the 2SLGBTQQIA+, BIPOC, and other marginalized communities.

Founder + Creative Director [Digital] + Developer

Mel is a queer trans multi-disciplinary creative director, designer, illustrator, web developer, and educator with 18+ years of professional experience. They specialize on projects with a focus on equity, inclusion, accessibility, social justice and social impact.

Outside of AOM, you might find Mel as a guest speaker sharing about their immigrant entrepreneurship journey, or talking about designing for diversity and inclusion. Mel is also a Board member of the Association of Graphic Designers (RGD) and Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Whitney Larson

Creative Director [Print] + Business Development

Whitney is a seasoned art director & designer with 20+ years of experience. Her specialties include publication design, art direction, identity & branding. In a nutshell, visually telling a story in a unique way and designing the hierarchy of that information to communicate to a specific audience is what she loves to do.
Whitney and Mel, along with three other badass creative entrepreneurs are co-founders of RIPPLE OF CHANGE Magazine.
